Trump files Second Appeal in US Supreme Court over Wisconsin Loss

US President Donald Trump made request to US Supreme Court to overturn his election loss in Wisconsin. His new appeal is in the matter of losing a suit which was filed in federal court in order to make the state’s election void.

The state, Wisconsin, was lost by about 21,000 votes to Democartic party having Joe Biden as its head.

A federal judge rejected the lawsuit first who was appointed by the President Trump and later by the 7th US Circuit Courts of Appeals which added a lot of defeats for Trump in electoral.

HC was asked by Trump’s campaign to take on his lawsuit brought in the state court which chased to toss out hundreds of thousands of absentee ballots which was casted in two largest liberal countries in Wisconsin.

Earlier the lawsuit was rejected first by a federal judge whom Trump had appointed and then by the 7th US Circuit Court of Appeals, adding to dozens of defeats for Trump in electoral challenges around the US.

The appeal was also made in order to have the Republican-controlled Legislature to appoint electors so as to cast the 10 electoral votes of the State.
